Research & Evaluation
Lebsontech is fully equipped to conduct any kind of qualitative or quantitative user research, including usability and social-scientific projects, as well as traditional market research.
Qualitative research projects can involve one-on-one interactions with users and stakeholders, ethnographic observations and focus group research, as well as accessibility research and reviews.
Quantitative research projects can include web-based survey research, reviews of web analytics data, and ACSI ForeSee coordination and analysis.
Custom Training
Lebsontech has provided web-oriented and social-scientific training and instruction since 1995. In 2009, this training became a featured service.
Clients can pick the topics that are most valuable and we will customize a training curriculum to meet those needs.
Information Architecture
We conduct traditional card sorts using real bar-coded cards as well as online card sorts, and we usually produce aggregated dendograms that can be used to suggest revisions to the site.
We can also review site structures independently to help assure that the site organization will make sense to actual users.
Search Engine Optimization
We help optimize internal site search processes for both independently coded internal search and internal search driven by a Google search appliance. We can also optimize web site content for external engines such as Google.

Data Analysis and Reporting
Lebsontech can handle analysis of data using such tools as Microsoft Excel, SPSS Base & SPSS Custom Tables. Analyses can involve univariate and multivariate statistics.
We also perform backend database modeling, including using tools such as Microsoft Access and SQL server.
Design
We can create wireframes in PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Axure and HTML. After the creation of wireframes, we often do cognitive walkthroughs of these static or click-through images with representative users.
