Lebsontech is fully equipped to conduct any kind of user research, including usability and social-scientific projects. While qualitative research projects are our specialty, we are also able to conduct survey and other quantitative research.
Qualitative research can involve:

Custom Training
Select the topic modules that you are interested in, and we’ll build a customized curriculum for you. We offer lecture-style seminars and hands-on workshops as well as experiential learning, long-term mentoring and train-the-trainer programs.
Mobile Services
We offer a full suite of mobile usability services including initial requirements gathering, development of mobile wireframes, mobile heuristic reviews (using our test suite of devices) and mobile usability testing.
Information Architecture
To help assure that a site’s organization will make sense to actual users, we can review site organizational structures and propose new organizational schemes and taxonomies. We can also conduct card sorts that can be used to suggest revisions to a site.
Web and Search Analytics/Optimization
We help clients understand web and search analytics reports and then provide actionable recommendations based on an analysis of this information. We can also help optimize web site content for external engines (SEO) and internal site search as well.
